Commenting

1. Our commenting facility requires you to sign your comments with a name. You can use whatever name you wish - a nickname is fine. This name WILL be published with your comment.
2. This facility DOES NOT require an email address be entered. However, should you include an email address:
   1. THIS EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED!
   2. If your post needs editing we will need to contact you - so where you can please use a REAL email address - REMEMBER: We will not give out your details to anyone.
   3. If you don't give us an real email address we will be unable to contact you in the event that your comment needs editing. In such cases Spartacus will either make the edit in line with these rules, or reject the post, whichever Spartacus sees as appropriate.
3. Comments must be on topic - if you want to discuss something else then make a suggestion by email - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  otherwise please stick to the topic at hand. We are pretty tolerant but will draw the line eventually.
4. You can say what you want but you cannot break the law:
   1. Please do not make statements that are libellous or defamatory - we will not approve them;
   2. Hate speech of any kind, including name calling, is not be allowed – be constructive and polite.
5. We value anonymity and you must also - identifying others is not encouraged (unless they are on the WIRES Board or work for WIRES) - be careful, if we can't be sure its legal or we think it unfair we may reject your comment.
6. Keep the language to within reasonable limits. The odd profanity is fine but excessive swearing will not be approved (besides it makes you look cheap!)
7. ALL POSTS are moderated - we will check them for legal reasons ONLY. We will apply the rules as stated above. Please note point 2.c) above regarding email contacts.
8. The moderator may:
   1. Approve a comment as submitted;
   2. Reject a comment completely;
   3. Contact the author of the comment and ask for an edited version to be submitted (so long as you have supplied a real email address);
   4. Edit any post to remove offending material.
9. You may appeal any decision to alter or reject comments by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  - we do negotiate and try to be fair - we don't like to reject comments.
10. reformwires will never disclose your identity - however if you identify yourself deliberately or otherwise then... well... be more careful. 
11. DISCLAIMER: Unless rw.com is raided by the Feds or we are hacked in some way, your details will be safe.

Email Notifications - Subscribing

1. The subscription facility IS NOT a sign in box - we do not have members or sign in requirements. 
2. This facility will record your email address on a list so that we can contact you when we update the site. 
3. You can use any name you like. 
4. You must supply a real email address otherwise we can't contact you when we need to let you know things have changed. 
5. Please only fill this box out once - it appears on almost every screen but only one submission is needed. 
6. REMEMBER: We will not give out your details to anyone. Unless rw.com is raided by the Feds or we are hacked in some way, your details will be safe.
